1. Right of Withdrawal
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the possibility to return them within 30 days after you receive your goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by contacting our customer service team at info@tidytoys.dk within the 30-day period.

2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we may deduct a portion of the refund if the item shows signs of use or damage.

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or show signs of use may only be eligible for a partial refund or may be rejected entirely.

The following items are non-refundable:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Custom-made or personalized items
Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable content)

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@tidytoys.dk. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full refund.
