Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

We offer delivery within Denmark. Please note that we use third-party suppliers, and your order will be shipped directly from them.
Delivery times may vary, typically ranging from 8-12 business days, depending on the product and supplier. Any delays caused by the supplier or shipping provider are beyond our control.
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.

As per Danish law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the supplier unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
