Thank you for shopping with Tidy Toys. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Shipping Times and Methods
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During the week it takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery times typically range from 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended.
2. Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
4. Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping and delivery costs for every order. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
5. Tracking and Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 1 hours for tracking information to update. If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@tidytoys.dk.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately at info@tidytoys.dk. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
